VIC was founded in 1968 to help organizations serve people better. Over 500,000 staff and management in over 35 countries have attended VIC's training courses, improving the service of over 400 companies.

The mission of VIC is to provide training and consulting that educates, inspires and transforms. Our system meets the needs of the Owners, Staff and Guests equally.
